We appreciated so much the services delivered by Unique Rwanda Vacation Experts, and we really enjoyed our trip. In fact, we had a very good driver and guide, Mr Francis. He took time to know our home place, the evening before the trip, which  proved to us the spirit of caring for customers. The D-day was amazing, from our departure from home to the park and back. We appreciated time management, relevant explanations given to us, especially to our kids, and how effectively the game was done. We were lucky to see almost all the animals of our dreams (lion, giraffe, rhinoceros, elephant hippo), and our guide Mr Francis played a big role in that.
I, my wife and sons do express our satisfaction with the trip, and we assure you that we made a good choice of Unique Rwanda.

We used Unique Rwanda to arrange our gorilla trek. The booking process was lovely and easy and all my questions were answered in good time. There was a check in to confirm everything before and a nice follow up after to make sure everything was ok. Elvis arrived on time to collect us for the day, stopped at some points to explain things and to take photos and got us everywhere safely, including a nice lunch spot after the trek. I highly recommend using this tour group. Our guide "Kevin the Hunter" was exceptional.  Lots of knowledge about the animals and he was able to answer many of our questions. Lambert, the managing director, truly made my short stay in Rwanda the BEST!! He was super responsive to me on WhatsApp and didn’t get my money for the gorilla trekking till he confirmed approval of the discounted permit (African one). He helped me out of a shady hotel and even offered to call the police, kept checking on me, sent Emile again to drop me off at another hotel (Traveller’s Stay) that was so affordable and clean.

Safari Akagera National Park > Excellent experience. After visiting their agency in Kiglai, I booked a one-day tour on their website, which they sent to my phone. The guide showed up at the scheduled time and was always available. A 4x4 vehicle with a sunroof. Lunch and water were included for the day. Everything was excellent. Very good agency to travel in east Africa
I went to a chimpancee trekking, canopy walk and kivu lake with this agency. The guide was very nice and always trying to make the trip pleasant. The agency was very responsive during the booking and they sent to me the name and the hour to the picking up one day before. All the schedule was done as planned and when we have a problem with one of the tours, they changed for another one that was also similar. Amazing experience!
Highly recommend this company. We reached out when we started planning our trip and all of our questions were answered promptly. Once we arrived, our guide, Theo, met us at the airport and accompanied us every step of the way. He was kind, informative, and accommodated the scheduled activities to our interests. We mainly visited Rwanda because we wanted to spend some time in Kibeho, but the itinerary included a nice mix of activities, such as visits to genocide memorials and a safari. Went solo with the agency and I had nothing but an outstanding experience in every sense of the word: * Affordable prices without compromising quality. I was in a very nice car the whole time. * careful and informative driver: ask for Emile! He was super accommodating, friendly, respectful, and informative. Learned a lot about the Rwandan culture thanks to our chats on the road. * caring owner: this for me is the biggest one. Lambert was very responsive from the second I reached out to him on WhatsApp. He didn’t send me the payment link till he confirmed that I can get the discounted African permit. Very clear instructions and support throughout and he even helped me out of a shady accommodation I went to after I finished my trip with him. I texted him on WhatsApp and he didn’t hesitate in sending Emile back to take me to another hotel that he recommended and was indeed great and affordable (Traveller’s StaY). He checked on me and ensured I was safe and well taken care of even when he didn’t have to after he fulfilled the service I paid for. African care, hospitality, and friendliness at its best! An amazing experience
When we decided to go to Rwanda for our vacation, we contacted Unique Rwanda Vacations and requested a tour to see the gorillas. We appreciated how our tour organizer Lambert was helpful and made a very impressive itinerary with the Kigali city tour and a cultural visit. The gorilla trekking was an amazing experience not to miss when you get a chance to be in Rwanda. Our guide Alexis was very good guy, very thoughtful.
