Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: arrival and transfer to hotel
Arrival at Kigali International Airport, meet and greet assistance, you will be warmly welcomed by our company staff for briefing about the safaris then introduction to your driver guide. Transfer to your booked hotel, have dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Kigali city tour and transfer to Musanze
Today after taking your early morning breakfast, you will checkout of the lodge and drive to visit the Kigali genocide memorial centre, to learn from what happened during the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi whereby 1 million Rwandans were killed in only 100 days. Later after lunch you will proceed with a drive to Volcanoes NP to your booked accommodation, spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing and preparing for the next day’s trekking.

Day 3: Gorilla trekking and cultural tour
After an early morning breakfast. After a short briefing about dos and don’ts about gorilla trekking at the park headquarter, you will enter forest in search of the gorillas. The trekking may take 2-6 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas in the jungle and your group speed as well. Meet and stay with the gorillas for a maximum of one hour.
After then, return to your lodge for lunch, and after lunch, you head for a cultural encounter get an insight of Rwandan culture.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4. Golden monkey trekking and transfer to Lake Kivu
Today after your warm early morning breakfast, you will be picked by our safari driver guide who will transfer for a golden monkey trekking in search for these primates in the jungle. Just like the gorilla trekking experience, the same applies to golden monkey trekking though no so hectic like gorilla trekking.
You will later return to the lodge for lunch and later transfer to Lake kivu, check in at your booked hotel and spend the rest of the evening at your leisure.

Day 5: Coffee experience and boat ride in Lake kivu
After your morning breakfast, heads to Kimbiri for coffee plantation tour and processing experience, later you will be transferred for a lunch in Kibuye and a boat ride in Lake Kivu.
After then drive to Nyungwe check in to your booked hotel dinner and overnight.

6: Chimps trekking and canopy walk
Today, after your early morning cap of African coffee, you will leave your hotel to experience the natural forest of Nyungwe well known for having 13 species of primates, and transferred to the park for briefing and chimpanzee trekking. You will be entitled to one hour on finding the chimpanzees.
After doing the chimpanzee trek, head for lunch before head for a canopy walk on a 90 meters high suspended bridge, which offers a view of the forest, inside and outside.
Return to the hotel, diner and overnight.

Day 7: Tea plantation tour and transfer back to kigali
After a relaxed morning breakfast, head for a tea plantation tour to learn how the tea is processed from the farming up to the processing in a factory and served in a cup of coffee for your taste. After this experience, embark on a drive back to Kigali, with enroute lunch, and visit to King Palace museum to learn from the past leadership of the Rwanda. Resume the transfer, to reach reach Kigali in afternoon.

Day 8: Airport drop off and departure
After getting done with your relaxed morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to catch up with your onward flight.
Depending on your flight time, you will have the city tour by visiting the Kigali city Centre and art galleries, for shopping of souvenirs. Have a lunch and transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
