Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Transfer to Akagera National Park.
To day you will meet the Unique Rwanda Vacation Experts for a briefing about your trip, either at the airport or from your accommodation in Kigali and embark on a drive to Akagera. The drive takes 2 hours and a half with sop overs for pictures and relaxation. On arrival at the park, have a short game drive as you head to the park reception for registration and proceed to you booked accommodation for lunch and relaxation. in the after noon head for a boat ride in one of the lake inside the park to spot aquatic animals like hippos, crocodiles. You will also be able to view other animals like elephants, buffalo and zebra swallowing water at the bank of the lake. thereafter return to the Hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full day game drive and transfer to Kigali
start your day with a breakfast at your hotel before starting a full day game drive covering the whole park from the the southern gate towards the northern gate. The full day game drive takes 4 hours with one hour lunch break inside the Park. You will exit the Park at around 4 PM and drive back to Kigali to arrive in the evening at around 8:00 PM.
